Refunds and Exchanges 
Before purchasing please choose carefully as unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately at info@perfectpantriesproject.com in the unlikely event it is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your products.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled or changed.  Perfect Pantries Project aims to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible to our customers.  With many of our products being sourced internationally we may experience delays due to port or custom delays or weather, which are beyond our control. All expected delivery times are estimates.  We will keep you up to date in the event that the delivery time changes.   If you purchase both in stock and pre-order items, your order will be kept until all items are available for shipping together.

Labels
Our Perfect Pantries Projects come with complimentary vinyl labels.  You will be provided with full instructions on how to apply these to your Glass Canisters.  Please follow the instructions carefully as we are not responsible if you damage the labels on application.
